Consultancy

Although I'm employed full time by Unity, my employment contract is permissive enough that I can potentially be involved with side projects in my spare time - the main criteria is:

  • Doesn't compete with Unity in any way
  • Doesn't overlap or rely on my work at Unity

Example: I'm a member of the Industry Advisory Board for Newcastle University's MSc Game Engineering course. The board helps ensure that the content of the course is relevant to industry. We also give presentations to the students and discuss their projects.

As well as many years of hands-on coding, debugging, performance and compatibility diagnostics, I have experience as a CTO of a startup and Technical Director, so am happy to offer advice on broader technical strategy.
